South Street Conference Room

The largest of the NonProfit Center’s public meeting rooms, theSouth Street Conference Room can be configured to comfortably accommodate 80 people theatre style (chairs only). The room can also be set up with eight round tables to seat 64 people. Rectangle tables are available for product display, registration and/or food setup.

The room offers:

• Floor-to-ceiling windows
• Plants and wall art 
• Wireless Internet access
• A large projector screen with sound system
• A coat closet

Convenient and Affordable Meeting Space

The close proximity of the NonProfit Center to public transportation at Boston’s South Station and several public garages makes the meeting space ideal for organizations in Greater Boston – and for those throughout New England. All rooms can be reserved up to six months in advance, subject to availability*:

• Half-day rentals: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Full-day rental: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Evening rental: 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Weekend (Saturday only) rental: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

Please note: Building and technology assistance services, including room set-up and clean-up, will not be available for evening or weekend rentals.

We strongly recommend visiting rooms before reserving them to ensure that the space and resources provided are appropriate and that additional resources and support services can be contracted if needed.

*Reservations will be accepted, subject to room availability, within 48 hours of receipt of a request. Reservations booked on a first-come first-serve basis. Please note: We highly recommend reserving your room at least one month in advance due to increased demand.
