Meeting Facilites for Area Nonprofits
The NonProfit Center offers public meeting spaces that are open to all area nonprofits.
In addition to offering affordable tenancy for Greater Boston’s nonprofit organizations, the NonProfit Center provides conveniently located community meeting and state-of-the-art training facilities for use by nonprofit organizations. We have four public meeting rooms available for use by nonprofit organizations with 501(c)3 status as well as fiscally-sponsored groups and projects.
The NonProfit Center public meeting rooms are the:
- Community Room
- Videoconferencing Room
- Small Training Room
- South Street Conference Room
Comfortable, Well-equipped Meeting Facilities
Community Room. The Community Room comfortably accommodates 48 people seated theatre style, without tables. If table seating is needed, the room can be set up with four round tables which can seat up to 32 people. Rectangular tables are also available for setup in three configurations.
The Community Room at the NonProfit Center is available to both tenant and non-tenant nonprofit organizations.

Videoconferencing Room. This is a state-of-the-art videoconferencing facility, designed with "V"-shaped tables set for 10. There are 10 additional chairs available for seating along the sides of the room. 
The room includes:
• Videoconferencing equipment
• A large plasma screen display
• Two large whiteboards
• Internet access
• Polycom teleconferencing
Small Training Room. This room is equipped with six workstation tables and can accommodate 11 people, providing:
South Street Conference Room. The largest of the NonProfit Center’s public meeting rooms, the South Street Conference Room can be configured to comfortably accommodate 80 people theatre style (chairs only). The room can also be set up with eight round tables to seat 64 people. Rectangle tables are available for product display, registration and/or food setup.

Convenient and Affordable Meeting Space
The close proximity of the NonProfit Center to public transportation at Boston’s South Station and several public garages makes the meeting space ideal for organizations in Greater Boston – and for those throughout New England. All rooms can be reserved up to six months in advance, subject to availability*:

Half-day rentals: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Full-day rental: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Evening rental: 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Weekend rental: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on a Saturday and/or a Sunday
Please note: Building and technology assistance services, including room set-up and clean-up, will not be available for evening or weekend rentals.
We strongly recommend visiting rooms before reserving them to ensure that the space and resources provided are appropriate and that additional resources and support services can be contracted if needed.

*Reservations will be accepted, subject to room availability, within 48 hours of receipt of a request. Reservations booked on a first-come first-serve basis.
