The NonProfit Center offers two distinct options for organizations seeking tenancy: traditional office space and Shared Space. Traditional office space is located through the building’s nine floors of rentable square footage. Depending on an organization’s needs and requirements, office space can be provided on a turn-key basis. “By having our office space in the NonProfit Center we have saved an enormous amount of money that we are then able to spend on our programs. We hold several annual events and meetings in the NonProfit Center conference rooms—they are thousands of dollars less than other meeting spaces, high-tech and professional. Working in the NonProfit Center also helps us recruit top-notch interns to work in our office because of the location and collaborative working environment.” - Kellan Hays, Roots & Shoots, a Program of the Jane Goodall Institute The Shared Space Community offers an affordable alternative for organizations willing to co-locate. Organizations in the NonProfit Center’s shared space are housed in workstations and private offices, side-by-side with neighbors working on complementary missions and programs. Currently, the NonProfit Center has limited space available for both our traditional office space and shared space.
