Our Building
A 10-year vision to develop the first mission-based NonProfit Center in Massachusetts for progressive social change nonprofits has been realized with Third Sector New England’s purchase of Lincoln Plaza (89 South Street). Located in the heart of Boston’s political and financial hub, the center brings together organizations committed to pursuing social and economic change in a shared space. The NonProfit Center is housed in an architecturally distinctive property, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. And it is conveniently located just one block from the South Station transportation center, an easy walk to the Massachusetts State House, Boston City Hall, restaurants and downtown Boston.
Building Amenities
- Eight floors of approximately 14,000 square feet per floor, plus a finished lower level
- Meeting space on every floor
- A healthy environment of “green design,” featuring indoor bike racks, showers, a recycling area – with more improvements on the way
- A beautifully landscaped courtyard, designed with ornamental trees, shrubs and benches
- 24/7 security
Meeting Rooms
TSNE has designated over 4,000 square feet of space as high quality meeting space equipped with cutting-edge technology for the center’s nonprofit tenants at no additional cost. NonProfit Center members enjoy meeting and training rooms that hold up to 60 people, with access to teleconferencing, videoconferencing and LCD projectors. These rooms are strategically placed throughout the NonProfit Center for easy access.
The NonProfit Center is most easily reached by taking the "T" to South Station on the Red Line.
