Joining Our Community

Third Sector New England’s NonProfit Center proudly houses a diverse community of tenant organizations. All tenants are 501(c)3 organizations, dedicated to promoting progressive social change. All organizations have strong potential for community impact.

The NonProfit Center offers two distinct options for organizations seeking tenancy: traditional office space and Shared Space.

Traditional office space is located through the building’s nine floors of rentable square footage. Depending on an organization’s needs and requirements, office space can be provided on a turn-key basis.

We are currently seeking to work with organizations needing 3,600 square feet or more for the limited remaining space in the NonProfit Center.

Shared Space offers an affordable alternative for organizations willing to co-locate. Organizations in the NonProfit Center’s Shared Space are housed in workstations and private offices, side-by-side with neighbors working on complementary missions and programs.
